Alston Town Center is a mixed use development planned and designed by American Asset Corporation (“AAC”). It is currently under development and will include an AAC owned neighborhood retail center combining prominent national and regional chains with unique specialty shops and restaurants as well as a 493 unit residential development on land that AAC sold.
A 66,000 square foot Phase I of the retail development anchored by Whole Foods is complete.
The focal point of the 100-acre Alston mixed-use area, Alston Town Center is located in Cary, North Carolina, which was recently named the East Coast’s most desirable place to live by Money magazine. Strategically positioned just south of Research Triangle Park with high visibility from the area’s major commuter thoroughfare, Alston Town Center will offer its tenants unparalleled access to a thriving market of highly educated, affluent consumers.
