Eaton signs lease for new headquarters at Whitehall Corporate Center

Whitehall Corporate Center is excited to welcome Eaton as the office park’s newest tenant. 

Eaton recently signed a lease for 9,300 SF in Whitehall Building I located at 3800 Arco Corporate Drive. The new Eaton Charlotte office will serve as the headquarters for the Commercial and Residential distribution Solutions business. This team includes 25 employees and is comprised of the business leadership and supporting staff for over 30 manufacturing and office locations and 8,000 employees in seven countries. Their new space is currently under construction, expecting to be filled by the end of the year.
